Oracle reported fiscal first-quarter results that beat Street estimates on earnings and revenue, led by triple-digit growth in cloud infrastructure, and shares rose in after-hours trading that remained live into the evening. Non-GAAP earnings were $1.92 a share versus a LSEG consensus of $1.74, company materials and CNBC said. Total revenue was about $19.345 billion, up 30% year over year, against a roughly $19.14 billion consensus.
Cloud revenue reached $11.61 billion, up 62%. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure was about $7.4 billion, up 121%. Remaining performance obligations stood at $664 billion. Fiscal 2027 guidance calls for non-GAAP EPS of $8.10 and total revenue of at least $90 billion. Capex was about $28.5 billion.
After-hours, CNBC Ext showed Oracle near $162.80, up about 6.45% from a $152.94 cash close as of roughly 4:13 p.m. CT; other wires spanned about 4% to 7%. That tape was still live and should be re-stamped before overnight.
