Accelevation Raises $540 Million in IPO After Pricing Below Target Range

AI-infrastructure company Accelevation and its shareholders raised $540 million in a U.S. initial public offering after pricing the deal below its previously marketed range, providing another test of investor appetite for businesses tied to the artificial-intelligence infrastructure boom.

The company sold 30 million shares at $18 each.

That price came below the previously targeted $20-to-$24 range, signaling that investors demanded a lower entry valuation as rising interest rates and tighter financial conditions make equity markets increasingly selective.

Accelevation is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq September 30 under the ticker ACCV.

The company builds infrastructure used in data centers, placing it directly inside the enormous capital-spending cycle surrounding artificial intelligence and cloud computing.

Its growth illustrates the scale of that demand.

Accelevation generated less than $3 million in revenue in 2021, compared with $447.8 million in 2025.

But the IPO arrives at a more difficult moment for new listings.

Long-term Treasury yields are near multi-decade highs, increasing the return investors can receive from lower-risk assets while simultaneously raising the discount rates applied to growth companies.

That environment has already forced some prospective issuers to reconsider timing and valuation.

Accelevation nevertheless proceeded with its offering, making Wednesday’s trading debut an important real-world test of how much public-market demand remains for companies supplying the physical infrastructure behind AI expansion.

Investors will watch the opening price, aftermarket performance and whether the below-range pricing proves sufficient to generate stable demand.
